Air compressor	Air compressor is required for this machine, buyer shall prepare it himself

1. Suitable item. Solid item like beans, meat, fish, sausage, cheese, fruit, vegetables, hardware etc.
2. Not suitable for powder/liquid, or products which sensitive with pressure.
3. Package weight shall be less than 15Kg.
4. Bag size shall be bigger than 20*15cm.
5. Bag type. Bag with zipper, folder, or 3-seal side.
6. Bag material. Paper, plastic, aluminium. Thick bag is accepted.

	Nozzles * When the machine withdraw the nozzle, the nozzle still vacuum, thus ensure the vacuum degree. * For machine with seal longer than 600mm, we can put maxi 4 nozzles, so that it can pack more bags at the same time. Differnet nozzles, different price
	Waterproof controller * Memory. Client can store 9 sets in the controller. * Work mode. Client can choose different function here. * Client can set time for vacuum / gas fill / seal / cool this page.
	How to adjust gas fill * We leave a hole here for gas fill, just connect it with gas bottle directly. * Turn this cap, you can adjust gas input flow. It shall be lower than 0.2Mpa.
	How to open electric box? Just loose the screw, you can open the electric box easily.
	Support modified atmosphere packaging The left picture is a gas mixer. It will premix O2/N2/CO2 with preset ratio before filling. Just connect the vacuum sealer with a seperate gas mixer, it can support modified atmosphere packing, which can keep fresh and original taste of food, also extend shelf life.

How to pack bags?

a. Pull up air switch.
b. Choose pack mode and set time on controller.
c. Insert nozzles into bags and align bag onto seal unit.
d. Press pedal by foot.
e. Remove ready bags.
